dinanderie

Originally, dinanderie was the name given to small brass items produced in the Flemish town of Dinant in the Middle Ages - small household utensils as well as more elaborate vessels for church use.

The name is often applied, however, to any small brass objects of later date, wherever they are produced, particularly small items for household use.
