Bilston enamel

The products of a number of factories in Bilston (and Wednesbury) in south Staffordshire which produced painted enamel on copper in the second half of the 18th century. The best known products are plaques, caskets, boxes, candlesticks, door knobs and other small items, though larger items were made.
